A Great New Year (2023) is coming!

First things first….wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and may 2023 be your best year ever–with clear skin and psoriasis under your control.

I’m not sure exactly what I’m doing right…but my skin is almost perfect right now (if you ignore the wrinkles and age spots–ha!)

I changed up the way I’m taking my supplements. Instead of taking 10,000 iu of D3 every day (that was my “maintenance” dosage NOT what I was taking when I started the protocol 8 years ago. At that time I was taking the high dose for approximately 8 weeks–read the PDF of our 4 part protocol. It’s FREE.)

Anyway, I now take 20,000 iu D3 (soft gel or drops) every two or three days. Still take the k2mk7 (also soft gel) on those days as well.

Not using the magnesium chloride spray as often, but am taking some magnesium Bis-glycinate powder occasionally. I probably should take it more often. Maybe make it one of my New Year’s resolutions. I’ve also been using a coconut oil with THC in it on my lower legs. Smells great! 🙂 and is fortunately legal in Canada.

Still getting a few spots on the knuckles of my hands. This is because I forget to wear rubber gloves and have realized that dish detergent can trigger a bit of psoriasis on my hands. My bad. I guess that will be another resolution.

AND, REMEMBER THAT DAIRY IS STILL A NO-NO — although I have had a tiny bit during this dangerous holiday season!!!

It has been such an amazing journey–this getting healed after decades of suffering from psoriasis. I never would have believed it could happen. It still feels like a miracle…a miracle for which I am very grateful.

So, 2023 is sneaking up on us. I truly hope that the damage done by the past almost three years will fade from our memories. We got to see the best of who we were and also, unfortunately, the worst. Let’s make this year’s challenge to bring out our more evolved self–to be kinder, lighter and more fun.

Lucky (my little dog) and me send you love.

And in the words of our departed friend, Charlie (aka ‘the Pain’) “Take care…and all that!”
