Forgiveness Heals the Body (BLOG #7)

I don’t know about you, but I love to read or hear stories about so-called miraculous healing. Most of these healings are dismissed by doctors as spontaneous remissions or wrong diagnoses. But it’s pretty hard to argue with stage 4 cancer that vanishes overnight.

The patient in the documentary, who was on her deathbed, went into a dream/coma state where she met her estranged father who forgave her and she, him and when she awoke her cancer was gone. Yikes. That’s enough to make anyone sit up and take notice.

So, I think when it comes to psoriasis there are many things that can help with its healing. Diet. Supplements. Exercise. EFT (tapping). And, of course, our Protocol. But, there are so many therapies now that it’s as confusing as trying to buy a new pair of  what used to be called sneakers. There are so many models, colours, etc. that you almost need a degree to know which ones to choose.

That’s why I like to simplify. And forgiveness is definitely part of simplification. BUT that don’t mean it’s easy. It takes courage to let go of anger and resentment. It’s work to let go of guilt. But the rewards are big. And one of the biggest rewards is improved health.

This week’s reading from RISE & SHINE touches on the importance of forgiveness as told by the cat, Kittimus. We hope you enjoy it.

And here’s a picture of the rare dump of snow that fell today on my city of rain, Vancouver. Lucky loves the snow. Me–not so much.

We wish you all a creative week!

Much love from Dakota and her little dog, Lucky (wearing her winter scarf).

I live in the beautiful city of Vancouver, on the West coast of Canada. I share my apartment with a little Brussels Griffon called Lucky. I like to read and watch movies and draw cartoons and write. I'm also a published author and painter. Mostly I like to putter. And fix things. And think.
