- Magnesium. -NEW INFO March 2025: MAGNESIUM – some people have reported success using Magnesium Bisglycinate capsules, 2x 200mg per day, (instead of the magnesium chloride solution) for scalp psoriasis. It’s probably best if you have plaque on skin to use the magnesium chloride solution directly for best and fastest results. After that disappears maybe try the capsules with the rest of the protocol for maintenance. –
