Unfortunately the tablets are not as effective. You do have the option to slice open the soft gel and squeeze the contents out. If I was vegan I’d do that and add a little more of the liquid because some would be lost in the process of squeezing. Or you can buy the drops, but if your psoriasis is bad you would need quite a few drops when doing high dosage. And that can be expensive. Whatever you decide, make sure to take the D3 with some oil (coconut, olive, etc.). Hope this helps, Dakota
